Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10 will be applied after the 5th of each month. Late fees are applied per unit. Lock-out will take effect after the 5th if no payment is received. To get the lock removed, the balance must be paid, including the $25 UNLOCK FEE.
This also includes customers whose due dates are not on the 1st. Five days after your rent is due, a late fee will be charged, and a lockout will be initiated. Balance must be paid in full to get the lock removed from your unit.
